No. Facebook is kept minimal for a reason so it can be user friendly. You're young so I don't expect you to understand brand equity and user base. Web design's main importance is ease of navigation, and quick load times while looking modern and targeted to its audience to reflect its brand. People want to be able to find information right away. If I were to go Facebook's website and it looked like this I would leave immediately? I will albeit though that Facebook should allow people a choice in their "Timeline" crap. You also have quite a few spelling errors, etc.
I think this is a good start for exploring some different ideas Facebook could do with their website. I think there are some interesting concepts that you've come up with.
However, I think the look of Facebook's current site works. It's minimal, simple, clean, and easy to navigate. Some of the elements that you've introduced make the site seem overworked and over-designed. You might want to think about paying attention to consistent sizes of things and focus on creating a hierarchy on the site, what do you want people to focus on?
There is too much unused space, you need to compact it more. You have some elements that are HUGE like the scroll bar. The icons under the facebook logo aren't really crisp they're very blury. Just throwing some ideas out there but overall it's pretty nice with some room for improvement.
My only real problem with the concept is it looks too busy. A lot of Facebook users these days are looking at the website on smaller and smaller screens. That top portion would take up the majority of any person's screen.
It's kinda rude to say someone that his work is bad.
But I agree that most of it is not the top quality. It has a nice concept, 'News Feed' part looks neat and elegant but I don't see usage of grid on this. Some elements are misplaced, not aligned with the rest. It also lacks originality.
Another thing that bugs me is that you're selling this design. How can you do that when it uses 95% of elements that are already on facebook, they're just more detailed in your design. Even if someone buys it, it would have to be for concept very similar to Facebook.
